What do you do to relax on the Sunshine Coast?
I get up just before sunrise and head to the beach at the Cotton Tree end of Maroochydore with my husband, Rob and Staffordshire dog, Sassy.
When friends and family come and stay, what do you recommend for them to do during their stay on the Sunshine Coast?
Head to Noosa Main Beach for a swim, head to Cotton Tree for food, cafes and people watching. Then book a table at The Boat Shed (Cotton Tree) for dinner.
What is the your favourite aspect about living on the coast?
You can be as busy or as relaxed as you like. Locals heavily support sustainable progress and enjoy a clean, safe lifestyle.
What is your idea of a perfect day spent on the Sunshine Coast from dawn to dusk?
Swim at the beach, breakfast at Cotton Tree, light lunch at home, seafood barbecue with friends and family for dinner.
