Come along and join Susanne McAllister, Sylvana Kunkel and Hayley Massey (Nia instructors) who are hosting a Nia Dance Jam to raise funds for the Mercy Ships.
Why Dance? Because it’s FUN! Nia is a joyful celebration, a chance to dance, and love your body!
Nia combines the Dance Arts, Martial Arts, and Healing Arts and invites you to move in
The Body’s Way... your body’s way!
Nia is done barefoot to funky music from all over the world!
Join the local Sunshine Coast Nia teachers as we dance and celebrate our vibrant and growing Nia community, all the while supporting Mercy Ships.
Please drop by at the Caloundra C.W.A. Hall for a unique and inspiring experience supporting an amazing cause.
Please bring a donation, a water bottle, towel or blanket and a plate to share. Wear comfy clothing and bring friends and family to celebrate through dance and movement.
