Kiwi Fruit and Watermelon Fruit Punch

Punches are a wonderful fusion of flavours – the perfect summertime treat for small and large groups.
 
Ingredients
 
300g seedless watermelon
3 kiwi fruit (yellow or green)
150ml gin
 
Method 
 
Peel kiwi fruit and slice. Chop watermelon into cubes. 
Put kiwi fruit and watermelon cubes into a bowl; add the gin, mixing carefully a few times.
Let it stand in the fridge for 30-40 minutes.
Place fruit into serving glasses and fill up with the juice and gin mixture. Serve chilled.
